Deidre Laffere Manager of AlzCare Level I, New Braunfels, TX

Deidre began working with Alzcare in 2006 as a Caregiver.  During her first year of employment she fell in love with the Alzheimer’s population.  While working, she attended the School of Social Work at Texas State University towards completing her Bachelor’s degree. She was twice the president of the Organization for Student Social Workers in college.  After graduation, Deidre accepted the position of manager for the New Braunfels Cross Street location. She completed the undergraduate program with a Bachelor’s in Social Work, in May 2008.

Marcus Mercer, Manager of AlzCare III, New Braunfels, TX

Marcus was born in  in Nashville N.C He received his Associates degree from College of the Canyons (Santa Clarita, CA) and received Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration from Texas State University (San Marcos, TX). He resides in San Marcos TX my his fiancé’ and is expecting his first child.

While attending Texas State, Marcus did a fieldwork at Alzcare which later led to a management position at house A on Rock Street in August of 2008.
